Video Interview:
Technical Interview: This may involve a video call to discuss your technical skills, such as proficiency in specific software or tools.
Behavioral Interview: This interview focuses on your soft skills, problem-solving abilities, time management, and communication skills. You may be asked questions about past experiences and how you handled specific situations.
Final Interview:
In-Depth Discussion: This final interview may involve a more in-depth discussion about the role, expectations, and your long-term goals.
Contract Negotiation: If selected, you'll discuss contract terms, payment rates, and working hours.
This isn't from the Freelancer company, it is my experience as a freelancer. Since there is no option for this, I had to use the Freelancer company as an option.
I'd say I am ok with most questions from most potentials except the ones who request for additional writing samples to prove that I'm good enough for them. These aren't worth it as it shows the company wasn't interested in me in the first place, and it becomes a wasted exercise.

Interview
Interview process was ok and smooth. Technical questions were asked and they were interactive all through. To begin with, you will be allowed to speak briefly of your personal self, prospect, academic, and then the job position being advertised. Then some questions related to the advertised jobs will be asked.
