I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Freelancer in Mar 2021
Interview
The initial interview or screening was easy. It only took around 30 minutes, and the recruiter mostly asked me to describe the work I did for the projects I stated in my resume, as well as my other involvements as a fresh graduate. However, I find the technical assessment challenging, which is the reason why I rated the overall process difficulty as average. I was given three problems to solve and I had to pass all the test cases to qualify for the next step of the process. I never heard back from them, despite being told that I will be re-profiled for the position they think would fit me.
