Fugro Architect interview questions

I was approached by a recruiter who arranged 2 interviews. The first interview was supposed to be with 2 managers, but the manager over the positioned I applied for was unable to make it. The second interview was with the hiring manager and his boss. After the second interview I was contacted by the recruiter and asked for my salary requirements (that I also shared in the second interview) and told to expect an offer within the next couple of days. I never heard from them again, they completely ghosted.
