      Interview

      Erste Runde mit dem einstellenden Manager. Diskussion über künftige Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten in sehr ungezwungener Atmospähre. Im 2. Interview mit HR wurden dann übliche Fragen wie "Wo sehen Sie sich in 5 Jahren", "Worauf kommt es Ihnen bei einem Team an" und "Stärken und Schwächen" gefragt. Ich habe aber schon gehört, dass die Vorgehensweise und Inhalte stark vom Interviewer abhängen
