GEA Group interview questions

Very straightforward with a focus on personal questions. There is a lot of emphasis on how your soft skills help the company. The environment is very friendly during the interview, and usually, it is 3 interviews until a job is offered.

2 interviews both of which are panel interview. 1st interview was conducted remotely via MS Teams with an HR personnel and Division Manager. 2nd interview was conducted in-person with a Senior Application Engineer, Department Manager, and Branch Head.
