I would have to say that the interview process was very easygoing. Perhaps TOO easygoing, which is not a good thing. I was never asked about any prior work experience. There was also a display of a lack of organization with the person who "interviewed" me telling me at first there were NO order packer positions available. Only to tell me of 2 openings and then hiring me after my background check cleared. I accepted the offer but did not show up to startnwork because I had a creepy vibe.

It was a very short interview. As a matter of fact, it was the shortest I have ever had. I got all dressed up for a 10 minute interview. Still worth it.
