Glassdoor Advertising Manager interview questions

Met with recruiter, hiring manager & then moved on to the next round. The last interview was 2 hours in which I met with 5 different people. After, the recruiter called me and let me know they were very interested, however they had more interviews to conduct. I followed up a week later in which I was told they were still very interested but the hiring managers were on vacation & they’d be in touch in a few weeks. That was a month ago. I never heard back at all. I was really excited about the team & role but must admit the lack of communication during this process is really disappointing. Given they took the time to tell me how interested they were twice, I would have hoped I would have at least received a rejection email or even a follow up if there was a longer delay. Regardless, it feels like my time was not respected.
