HCLTech General Manager interview questions

1 Telephonic, 1 face to face, followed by telephonic HR Round. Two proficiency rounds with queries related to program management, process management and establishment. The overall experience was not great, especially from HR side, who didn't capture the expectations and aligned properly at all.
