HCLTech SAP ABAP Consultant interview questions

I got a call from Hcl Axon and interview was conducted.The following day I was told that I would be given an offer on the earliest date as possible.It has been 3 months and I still havent got any offer.I keep foolwing up with the HR who keeps saying that it will come on the following week.I still dont have a job or any offer.I rejected 3 companies for this offer who have filled up vacancies for that position.
