It starts by one hour phone interview which includes describing the details of my resume. Then three Skype interviews which was related to modelling of data scientist projects. They talked warmly and it was enjoyable. The programming questions was easier than other companies.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HERE Technologies (Berkeley, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The initial process was pretty short. One phone call and a week later an onsite interview! A typical onsite interview starting with 1-hour candidate presentation. 1-hour panel meeting with engineering team. Another hour manager interview. Lunch with the team. Final whiteboard technical questions with the hiring manager.
Throughout the process I felt comfortable and managed to answer most of the questions! Pretty positive feeling.
They told me I should hear soon from the recruiter. This process itself took about one month. After a lot of follow-ups, the recruiter emailed me on his last day of working at HERE and apologized for all the delay. He gave me the contact of another hiring manager and said that they are still considering me for one of the positions.
After a while a new recruiter got hold of me and asked for more time until the managers make the final decision.
Now (June 2016) it's been about 3 months since my first phone screening, and I already accepted one of my other offers. However, the team at HERE behaved so unprofessionally during this whole time. It was not that difficult to simply send me a rejection email or at least give me some feedback on my interview!
