I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HERE Technologies (Kraków)
Interview
1) HR call
2) Initial video tech call, around 40mins, not that hard (some live coding, nothing fancy - basic algorithms & data structures, problem solving)
3) Longer video tech call - around 2 hours, a bit harder than the initial one but also nothing to be afraid of. Very broad - discussed both the general architecture stuff and specific technologies (containerization, Spark, Java, testing frameworks, cloud solutions - mainly AWS). They were not strict about these - if you don't know something, just say it and move on with the interview.
