HERE Technologies interview questions

started with technical test- Basic , followed by 2 rounds of PI. General questions. tell me something about yourself, strength and weakness................ why would you like to join..??? more questions on your CV, graduations favorite subjects

I got the interview from a recruiter, then a call from Manager. He asked about projects, java questions, but he did not seem knowlegeable at all. After I got feedback from the recruiter, I learned that they have rejected me because I said in 5 yrz I wanna be involved on managerial scale. Obviously they didn't like that because they wanna keep people at the bottom and prevent them from advancing.. They give jobs to their friends and people who fit their national and ethic group, everybody knows everyone. This company is practicing racisl, ethnic and nation origin descrimination.
