Very laid back, easy conversation, not an interrogation. General questions about past work and how you think you would benefit and succeed in the position. No vague questions or trick questions, very laid back conversational interview.

There was a phone screening interview first then an in person or Skype interview with the sales manager. Everything was fluffed and made to sound much better than it is. You’re lead to believe that getting 12+ sales a week is typical and not difficult. She implies that she’s building a solid team and is a good leader which is all lies. She also did a lot of Skype interviews in front of other brand ambassadors (without interviewees’ knowledge)
