HelloFresh Customer Care Executive interview questions

I arrived for my interview and was told I would have a specific person interviewing me. One of the general CC team told him I'd arrived and he looked over and said he was too busy to interview me, so sent someone else. They were totally unorganised, first of all making me sit through an interview which was for the part time team despite my informing them that I was here for a full time position. After a 40 minute process, they then said I had to do another interview as they had made me sit for the wrong one. The whole process ended up taking about 2 hours.

Really quick and easy, there was a very quick turnaround between first contact and offer. Everyone was friendly and helped me to feel relaxed and I felt I got a clear view into the company culture.
