Interview
At least they apologized one hour after they accidentally sent me a rejection email. Then I was told that in order to proceed in the interview process I would have to compete an Excel "test" on my own (unpaid) time.
The company selfishly demanded hours of unpaid labor for a "maybe" job offer. HelloFresh should not have given me the assignment until AFTER the entire team interviewed me, but their paid time is more important than my time to search for a paying job.
HelloFresh probably thinks this 100k+ job is the best thing since the invention of bread, but I remind them that inflation is a thing and HelloFresh is likely to experience layoffs due to significant financial problems. Cool yourselves.
Speaking of layoffs, it's very conceivable that both HR and hiring managers at HelloFresh could be on the receiving end of their own crap in the near future.
The interview process included an initial phone screening, followed by 2 video or in-person interviews focusing on skills, cultural fit, and role-specific experience. It was a good process and very relaxed chat.

The recruitment process went pretty well, got an offer accepted it and signed the contract. However, they removed the position a few days afterwards and they break it. Fortunately, I didn't resign from my previous job, otherwise I'd ended up jobless
