The full process was very long, and it was hard to get feedback along the way. I was constantly having to follow up because it took weeks to get replies. Interview questions were overly easy.

Question 1
They asked very basic questions about my background. Sounded more like pre-fab questionnaire rather than having a conversation with the candidate.
Overall well structured and nice conversations in the beginning. The end of the procedure they didn’t inform me/forgot to inform whether I was selected. Even after emailing/calling I got the response 3 weeks later..

Question 1
How do you do sales? Give an example of this process (your experience) related to Hellofresh
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process had 5 stages, including a written test at stage 3. It was a positive experience overall, but I was disappointed with how it ended. When I was informed that I would not be moving on from stage 4 to stage 5, the talent acquisition coordinator offered to provide feedback from my interviewers, which I happily accepted. After several follow-ups, however, she never responded to me with feedback (or at all). It was very disappointing because between completing the written test and preparing for 3 interviews over several weeks, the process had been a significant time investment on my part. I would have liked the opportunity to at least take some feedback away from the experience to help me continue my job hunt.
