HelloFresh Operations Manager interview questions

The communication of the interview process is vague and not transparent. Scheduling was awkward and the context of calls was not specified. After an initial call, they give you a take home case study. They told me to submit it but didn't tell me I was going to present it in the next call. After the presentation they told me that they will provide me with detailed feedback. I devoted my 4 full days to the case study, but they sent me a generic rejection reply without any feedback. The interviewer was stuck up and created an uncomfortable environment. Overall, I was not happy with the process.
