The interview process consisted of four stages, starting with a one way video interview, which made for a fair beginning. After each phase, I was promptly notified whether I would be moving forward, so I was never left in the dark. The stages were spaced out evenly, and I appreciated the flexibility to choose time slots that worked for me. The interviewers were relaxed and approachable, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere,it never felt like a trap or high pressure situation.
