Extremely unprofessional. I applied for the Talent Acquisition Partner position and have received zero communication, no feedback, no rejection, and no invite. Closing the loop is a basic ATS automation triggered by simply moving a candidate to the next stage. If a Talent team cannot manage that fundamental task, it raises serious questions about their internal operations. Please professionalize your candidate experience and respect everyone's time.

The process was clear from the beginning, the first time there was a small video in which you have to introduce yourself in a few minutes, followed by a call with a recruiter who told me that in a maximum of 2 days I will receive feedback on my application. It wasn't like that at all, more than 3 weeks passed and I had to ask her what the status was. After another 2 days she returned with a formal email, without apologizing for the fact that forgot to give me feedback. The feedback was that they decided to go ahead with an internal candidate.
