The interviewer was very polite and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the interview. They were more than willing to explain in depth what HelloFresh does, including their core mission, the unique aspects of their product offerings, and how they operate in the market. They also took the time to thoroughly discuss the company’s values, emphasizing their commitment to sustainability, customer obsession, and innovation.

The interview process was smooth, it’s the best model or recruitment stages I have been on. TA team was very engaging and committed to deliver excellent experience to its applicants. They provide feedback regarding the application, this gives the person an opportunity to know why he/she is a match or NOT match to the role being searched for.
