The interview is quite structured and follows the below schedule: 1) Initial interview with HR more linked to past experience/CV, motivation to apply, aspirations and check on adherence with company values 2) Interview with hiring manager more focused on a business case and to test knowledge and attitude 3) Final Interview with hiring manager level +1 and/or +2 on both knowledge, personal attitude, but mostly growth potential and motivation
