Interview
This was one of the best interview processes I've had. Although rigorous, it is apparent they are trying to find the right fit. First there was a quick phone screen interview. Then, there were two in-person interviews - first was a group interview with other candidates, and the second was one on one with 3 employees. In the first interview, there was a collaborative case study involving candidates to work together. In the second, there was a more in-depth analysis of your resume and work experience, motivation to work for Henkel etc. Make sure you know your resume in and out because they will ask you about it! Be prepared for lots of follow up questions based on your answers too. I got asked a random mental math question as well, so try and be sharp. There was also an excel exercise which was fairly basic in terms of formulae and what they asked - nothing too advanced.

Great Experience! I applied for a position and received an email a few days later from a hiring manager asking me if i was interested in another position available. I had a 30 min phone call with her. A few days later, I had a 30 min call with the manager. A few days later came in for in person interview with manager and then a skype call with the VP of the department. Good experience overall. Felt very welcomed.
