I applied online. I interviewed at IBI Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
It was the first round (phone interview). I applied online and the recruiter got back to me after 3 weeks. She is a good listener and can respond to my answer with company's information.
An initial phone screening asking generic questions like "tell me about yourself" and "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" followed by a highest-and-best-use task a week later. The task determines whether or not you receive further interviews.

I applied online. I interviewed at IBI Group in Mar 2021
Interview
I got an initial phone screen with basic questions about your background. HR was very kind and personable. Immediatelly set up an interview
The interview had around 40 rapid-fire terms and definitions questions, which probably depends on your resume. Then some characteristic questions, and questions about your previous positions.
Felt like it went well, and the panel said that they would be in contact within the week. After a week I reached and said they had not reached a decision, another week passed, and still silence so I assumed that I was rejected. Not sure why companies don't have the courtesy to just give you rejection at least.
