IBI Group interview questions

I got a phone interview from human resource after more than a week I applied the position online. She asked me a few questions about my background and the position then told me will give connect me later. The interview is take too long about 15 minutes. Those questions were not too difficult.

basic phone interview asking about education and experience. A week later an in person interview with 2 people. They gave details about the position and asked lots of behavioral questions too see if you are a good fit for the company. They asked again about my education and work experience. No technical questions were asked.
