Was already working as a contractor when got hired.
Was recommended by the contracting manager.
Went through a series of personality tests and interview
The tests were timed. Had to submit resume as well along with cover letter
The interview process now has changed. You apply online. If selected, a phone interview and then an interview in person. IBM is hiring mostly overseas where wages are low and don't have to pay US salaries.
Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got
