Interview
Online Assessment: Candidates begin by completing an online assessment designed to evaluate their foundational skills and relevant competencies. This stage may include aptitude tests, coding challenges, or situational judgment scenarios to ensure applicants meet the basic requirements for the role.
Technical Interview: Those who pass the online assessment advance to the technical interview. In this phase, candidates are assessed on their specialized knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and practical application of skills pertinent to the position. This interview often involves discussing past projects, tackling technical problems, and demonstrating expertise in specific areas.
PDM Round: The final stage involves a meeting with the Product Development Manager (PDM). During this round, candidates discuss their fit within the team, explore their experience with product management processes, and assess their alignment with the company’s culture and objectives. This interaction helps determine the candidate’s potential for long-term success and collaboration within the organization.
