Three Stage Process. First stage was resume shortlisting - on the basis of CGPA and work experience students were shortlisted. I felt, they tried avoiding students with >1 Year Work-Ex. The 2nd round was a written test that comprised about 30-40 questions revolving around understanding of financial statements (calculation of various critical ratios). The 3rd stage involved a 20-minute interview wherein simple questions regarding the various items on financial statements were asked.
