IKEA Food Server interview questions

Applied on line Got an email next day to schedule phone interview the same day. Interview was good. Basic question for example :why do you want to work for ikea? And etc Got hired on the spot was offered food server for $15 an hour .(pretty good) You get orientation date, uniform size . After been offered a position you have to complete a Drug test must be completed within 24hrs at near by location. 20 mins on bus. and background criminal, work and education check via email. Hire right will verify all the information call your employer , education and record. Then human resources from ikea will call if anything is needed. For background check they will call to give you a chance to discuss it . I was decline the position to my back ground check. via email
