IKEA Food Service Worker interview questions

As they were opening a new store and interviewing thousands of people this might be different We were taken into a room with around 50 applicants and interviewers sitting around in pairs. Each applicant was allocated an interviewer then tried to find somewhere to sit. The interviewer asked 5 questions to assess the applicants personality and took notes. There were also some questions about availability and ideal work hours. The interviewer was very friendly and talked about their experience with the company

Interview questions were read off a sheet. Mostly behavior questions. Asked if I liked my former bosses. I met with 2 of the managers for restaurant/bistro. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay for long because of school. But I would come back if there was a better opportunity there for me now.
