I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IKEA (Edmonton, AB) in Jul 2020
Interview
I was head hunted and invited to a 30 minute career discussion about an HR role. We spoke for about 40-45 minutes. It was a mix of questions, discussions and comparisons to my current employer. Recruiter asked some relevant questions but spent too much time telling me how he didn't like the vibe of where I worked post covid and spent the better part of 10 minutes explaining that the benefits I currently have were not all that important because they couldn't match them so I should really value what they did offer.

Question 1
I see you're open to discussion on a career change, what does that even mean?
Applied months ago and haven’t received anything . The company takes a really long time to get back to applicants. Especially after the outsourced the talent acquisition stage. Usually after an interview is easier to get in.,
