IKEA Inrerior Designer interview questions

I had an interview a month ago before they accepted me. It was through HireVue and there popped up questions like: Why I want to work at Ikea? How do you imagine your first workday / how do you start your day off? What is a mistake you made in the past? The last one I forgot.. But it all can be very diffrent, since I live in Austria. Just be yourself, they don't want the typical guy working there. After a few days/weeks they will interview you by person. Again, just be yourself + they want confidence, but not the boring kind.
