IKEA Inrerior Designer interview questions

I applied on IKEA website, and got a interview invited from HR, it takes 3 round for me to got the job. First : phone call interview with HR, he ask several questions and want to know your personality. Second round : Few days after, got an email for in person interview, the question is around job, personality question, and knowing more about the job you are apply for. Final round : Meet your manager! Most likely was a few follow up question, and ask any question you want to know for the job!
