First I applied online, had to go through some deep and meaningful, somewhat hard online quiz/ interview for about 30 mins. A week last I was told to join a group interview. It was with 15 people for about 1hour. Everything's very chilled, actually made us build so furniture and from there they stand back and look at how people perform as a team. Then we filled in a form expressing which department we would like to apply for (at the time it was one big interview for multiple positions). A few days later I had a phone interview (they never informed me there would be one and was a little bombarded by that).
