I applied online through the career section on their website. I was sent an email a few weeks later from the HR Rep, asking me to attend a group interview. This interview required us to meet with another applicant, get to know them, and market them to the group. This was followed with a private interview. A week later I received a call for another private interview, which was a few situation questions from a sheet. I received another email after with offering documents and was hired.

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
