Very professional but very relaxed. It was not stressful it was a one on one interview with manager. It was more of them getting to know how you handle yourself in different situations.

How you handled yourself in a previous situation in dealing with customers
You sit with a manager and they ask you questions about your past job experiences and other questions and then ask you take drug test if you pass. There is also a phone interview before the interview to determine if you go in for the job interview.
