Interview
There was only one group interview with about 20 potential candidates. We sat down at different tables and got questions to discuss as a group. The group was divided into small teams and we have to make a short presentation in front of the interviewers.
Very easy, has an interview with my supervisor and he just ask basic questions to know where am i from, and if i have any basic expirience working with clients, but its not mandatory.
I was presented with a situation where a customer requested a specific product in the department where I would be working and I had to handle the event according to company procedures.
Ikea's interview process was impressive. It was organized and comprehensive, allowing me to showcase my skills and experience effectively. The interviewers were knowledgeable and friendly, creating a comfortable environment. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience that left a favorable impression.
