I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA in Sep 2020
Interview
I applied online.
-Received an email asking me to do a recorded interview (when you record your own answers and send them off)
-Then received another email asking to do a video interview
-He said I would hear back no later than 10 days after the interview.
I was fairly confident, the interview lasted about 25 mins, and I feel I answered everything well.
But then I received 2 missed calls from IKEA, so I thought I had got the job, I tried ringing the number back but nothing, I finally managed to get through using the absentee line, and the guy who interviewed me just said he only wanted to know if I was aware where the store was, I said yes. So I was even more confident I had gotten it if they were asking me that! But then got an email an hour later saying I was rejected. Very Frustrating!!

Due to a covid the process was over a phone call. Was very simple and laid back and nothing difficult or tricky at all. Was offered a position. 30 words. Lots of words. Alphabet spaghetti.
