The Interview went professional, i was able to show communication skills and values. The Interview was about the costumer service, the work pressure, the complaints , the work environment and the work spirit .
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
