It was a video interview, they introduced how the process will be done step by step, then asked many questions, including some scenarios where they wanted to know how I would react or treat the situation.

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
