applied week later got a phone call short interview called in for in person interview..there were 2 people present at the interview short and sweet interview, filled up the paper work after the interview for background check

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
