Interview
It's a 2 weeks process for me. After I applied online, they gave me a get-to-know-you form. 3 days after, the HR call for a phone interview. Next, I received an email invitation for group assessment. The activities we had was fun and brief discussion about IKEA's background, values, products, services and employees. We were then told that we will receive a phone call from them for the outcome. Fortunately, I received a call from them that I made it to the next process which is the second interview with two interviewers. I was a bit nervous but they were really nice people. 4 days after, HR called me to pet me know that My application was successful and I made it throught the whole selection process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online for a Food co worker position. A week later, I got an email for a phone interview. They called, two day earlier then the day I specified. About a week later I had an in person interview with the Bistro manager. Two weeks later I had an interview with the lead hiring managers. They called for an offer, and I had to follow up with drug and background testing. Overall, it was a very professional setting and the hiring process took about a month. Fairly easy.
