IKEA Sales Co-Worker interview questions

1. Online application 2. Video - recorded interview 3. Group interview- with a private interview at the end lasted 2:15 hours 4. One hour store trial - with interview and then an offer is made, The hours are NOT flexible, they can only offer 4 hour shifts for part time and must work 3/4 weekends. I tried to research the hours and the website or any other website doesn’t explain it and was pretty disappointed with the hours that are available for part time workers. Would have not applied if the information was made available before hand.
