Phone Interview, Assessment test were straight forward. Second interview then followed, which was one on one with a manager/hiring manager. If you get the position, they will call or email you. Then background check.

-Begins with phone interview (general Hr questions ie. are you legally allowed to work in Canada, do you have a method of transportation, etc.); if passed -Group interview (general questions specific to the role you're being interviewed); if passed -One on one interview with 2 managers (full interview questions, as to why apply for ikea, what are your goals, etc.)
