IKEA Saled Associate interview questions

It was quick and laid back. The atmosphere was comfortable. The manager interviewing me was pretty nice. As I work more now its unorganized, and overworked and underpaid. Especially the Leads.

I found the interview to be very professional but also laid back. I was given a lot of information about ikea and spoke with several employees who have worked for ikea for over ten years. You were very quick on telling me what steps needed to be taken and when they needed to be done by. I feel this was a fast and very efficient process. Very easy to do.
