IKEA Sales Associate interview questions

via teams and video questions. it was very personal and i didn’t feel like it was just one of many interviews. you needed to go into the interview with some knowledge of the company but i think the key was connecting with the interviewer and showing confidence.

Warmly greeted. Extremely pleasant, Very comfortable environment Genuinely kind caring interviewer felt completely at ease. He easily answered my questions. Was quite pleasantly surprised when I ran in to my first interviewer Ben. He remembered my name from a week ago.
