IKEA Sales Associate interview questions

The recruiter I talked to was very passive. She asked me to tell her about myself, yet proceeded to cut me off mid sentence to “get to the point”. She then went to ask me the basics: “are you 18 and over?, are you able to work without sponsorship?” etc. They wanted full availability for a PART TIME position which is beyond me. The company seemed okay, but that interviewer was the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced. I shouldn’t feel like my worth is dependent on my availability. A shame, truly.

The staff was Was very nice and pleasant to speak with. They were very professional and provided a comfortable environment for a job interview. They asked me great questions and encouraged me to ask questions about the job as well.
