Interview
Online interview with five rounds, each focus on either technology or team working. some questions are repeated among different interviewers as if they do not have many communication before the interveiw.
They explained their roles and positions in the company and asked me to give them a bit of background. in the end, there were a few questions regarding the position and availability.

the three rounds of interview process is clearly demonstrated on the website but I want to contribute something special and not published: I was asked another two round interviews on top of the three inerview before I finally got the job offer. they are about the managent skills and career potential. so besides the strong background in technique and academics I would like to share that your project management and leading skills, as well as fund raising experiences are also important.
