I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed (Stamford, CT) in Jun 2016
Interview
It was like speed dating. All the candidates were invited to an event with free food and drinks. It was held in the cafeteria and all the managers and directors will be at the table. We would get interviewed by 3 out of 12 in a speed dating type of atmosphere where we get 10 minutes each. It was fun and unique, I had a great time going through the first round with indeed. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took around 3 weeks. The first step is a phone interview, very generic and easy. The second step was an in person interview where I met with 3 very different Sales Directors. They asked varied questions, from the basic sales questions to what they called "fun" questions... Interview wasn't very straight forward, didn't give much info on the company or culture.
