I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed in Oct 2020
Interview
I was approached online by the HR person who set up an initial interview, which went fine, and then a second interview with a manager in the Austin office. This second interview was a disaster. The manager was completely unprepared and uninformed about the role, and asked silly unrelated questions and then didn't pay attention to the answers. I guess she was trying to get a "people sense" of me. I smiled and played along, but I guess it didn't work. All of the technical preparation I did and all of my experience and skills were irrelevant. None of them came up.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Indeed (Bengaluru) in Jan 2020
Interview
The recruiter called and an interview was scheduled. 1 hour of screening interview happened.
I received a note that I haven't been selected. I received a candidate feedback link from Indeed, which had explicitly mentioned that whether the recruiter gave the feedback or not. I checked with the recruiter and she said they don't provide the feedback. This seemed odd with what I had been told.
A friend of mine was interviewed with Indeed and he also got rejected for the same role. I kept on getting calls from consultants for the same role. Left me confused.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in May 2018
Interview
A terribly confusing process that takes weeks to get anywhere. I couldnt believe this is how the treat existing employees. They make you submit your resume and then dont even look at it, as was evidenced by the first question.
