I had a smooth technical round focused on easy DSA and SQL questions. I confidently solved problems, explained my logic clearly, and demonstrated a solid understanding of data structures and queries.

I had first round of interview in which they focused more on springboot and Java. Interview went really well but I couldn't find the feedback appropriate which I received. They rejected me saying the skills are good but the projects in my past experience does not align with their requirements for current project. I feel candidates should be selected based on their current knowledge. And if it's the real reason then how they proceed with resume where past project experience was already mentioned and why to waste someone's time by taking interview?

The interview process is average ... I have accepted the offer. They asked me 4 to 5 questions related to oops data structure and all topics. The question are easy level . They asked one coding question as well.
